The questions in the survey program should be developed to get you the results that you want to achieve. As a customer, you can think that if you receive an anonymous email from some business and you are asked to take the survey even if it doesnt address you directly and doesnt specify any products or services, you wont be interested in taking it. On the other hand, when a survey program addresses you specifically and it includes the information about the vendor or business along with the products and services, you are much likely to take interest in it and actually answer the questions honestly. The survey that only asks questions and requires the customers or participants in a limited form, mostly fails. The reason is that when the customer feels he cant speak freely or he doesnt have enough choices, they dont put many thoughts in answering the questions.
